Why can't I upload my CV?
If you are unable to upload your CV, the file may be too large. The maximum file size is 3 MB. To reduce the size of your file, delete any scanned diplomas, certificates or photos. For an initial application, a cover letter and a resume/CV is sufficient.
If you cannot upload a PDF-version of your CV, make sure it is not password-protected.

Is my browser compatible with this system?
Minimum browser requirements are:
Windows 98/NT/2000/XP: Internet Explorer 6.0 / Netscape Navigator 7.1 / AOL 7.0
To find out the version of the browser you are using:
1. Open a browser window
2. Open the help menu from the top of the screen and select "About"

I've submitted my application. How will I know that WBL has received it?
You will receive an on-screen confirmation and an e-mail confirming receipt of your resume/CV.

I've submitted my CV successfully but haven't heard back from WBL. What is the timeline for response?
If a recruiter finds that your skills and qualifications match the job requirements, you will be contacted directly. If you are not contacted, your resume/CV will remain in our database to be considered for other future opportunities within our organization.
